A material investigation into nettle and bramble fibres as an alternative to synthetic fibres.

Reclaiming traditional methods of processing natural fibres to make cordage offered a different perspective on the plants we usually view as weeds.

The focus was on plants that were invasive and plants which would be beneficial to grow on contaminated land.
